Kale Chips

Prep Notes

CAUTION: You can probably just bake these with the same recipe but in this recipe, I used a dehydrator! The one I bought is only $40 on Amazon and nothing too fancy but it does wonders!

Cooking Time

4-5 hrs


  • 1 bunch kale
  • organic extra virgin olive oil
  • himalayan salt or high quality sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • garlic powder


  1. Wash kale, shake it to dry it out, and cut the stems off
  2. Chop it into chip sized pieces and place in a bowl
  3. Drizzle some olive oil over the kale and use your hands to massage the oil into each chip
  4. Add your seasonings (I didn't make measurements -- just sprinkled evenly) then toss with your hands to coat all the chips
  5. Lay each chip out on your dehydrator and turn it on for about 4 hours until crispy!
  6. YUM!
