Spicy Radish Avocado Salad

Prep Notes

This is really one of the most refreshing salads I have ever tasted in my life! Not to mention I love avocado and radishes so it was just too perfect to put them into one dish! 


  • organic spring mix, baby spinach, and arugula
  • 4-5 radishes (washed and sliced into half circles)
  • 1 avocado (diced in small cubes)
  • 3-4 cloves crushed raw garlic -- WARNING: the raw garlic will add the spice so if you are sensitive to spicy food, be cautious of how much you put in your salad
  • drizzle of organic extra virgin olive oil
  • himalayan salt or high quality sea salt
  • freshly cracked black pepper
  • sprinkle of lime juice


  1. Add your salad mix to a bowl
  2. Slice your radishes into half circles
  3. Dice your avocado
  4. Crush your garlic
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top of your salad to taste
  6. Sprinkle a bit of lime juice to taste
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste
  8. Toss and ENJOY!

Mmmmm!! SO refreshing!!
