Baked or Grilled Asparagus

Prep Notes

This recipe can also be used for grilled asparagus! Just follow the same instructions except wrap it in tinfoil and place it on the grill.

  • bunch of asparagus
  • 5-6 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/4 chopped red onion
  • bunch of cilantro
  • organic extra virgin olive oil
  • himalayan salt or high quality sea salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste


  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 or prep the grill 
  2. Wash asparagus and cut off ends
  3. Chop up the red onion and crush your garlic
  4. In a bowl, toss the asparagus, red onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil until evenly coated
  5. Lay out on a baking sheet with tin foil or a Silpat® baking sheet
  6. Bake for about 20-25 min or until desired tenderness
  7. Chop up some cilantro, top it off, and enjoy!! Pair this asparagus with any dish!
