This is the easiest, simplest recipe I could come up with for gluten-free zucchini fritters. There are also so many different ways to spice these fritters up and add flavor with added ingredients and sauces. If you are one of those people that enjoy experimenting with foods but need a base recipe to go off of, this is it! This simple recipe is so delicious the way it is but I will definitely be adding more recipes for variations of zucchini fritters in the future -- so stay tuned!
Tip: I am always adding coconut oil in between fritters on the frying pan -- this helps keep the pan clean and the fritters from sticking to the pan
