My First Midwife Appointment Experience

Earlier this week, I had my first official midwife appointment! I had gone to a group orientation back in July, which is where I first fell in love with this midwife group but this was my first real appointment getting down to baby business! Why I’m Choosing a Midwife Instead of an OB for My Pregnancy and Labor

In my first pregnancy with my twin boys, I was 21 years old living overseas in Okinawa, Japan with my husband who was serving active duty in the Marine Corps.
